We are looking for a Lawyer to join our legal team in Vilnius.
You will support the Group's day-to-day legal operations: contracts, corporate matters, and compliance-related tasks across multiple jurisdictions.
You will work closely with local legal counsels, finance, and operations teams in different countries.

📘 Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements;
- Support corporate governance: board resolutions, powers of attorney, corporate documents and filings;
- Provide legal advice to internal teams on day-to-day business matters;
- Ensure the company's activities comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- Coordinate with external legal counsels when needed;
- Maintain and organize legal documentation;
- Monitor relevant changes in legislation.
What we are looking for:
📙 Requirements
- University degree in Law (Bachelor's or Master's);
- Around 3 years of experience in corporate/business law, gained in-house or in a law firm;
- Good knowledge of contract law and contract drafting skills;
- Solid knowledge of Lithuanian civil and corporate legislation, with the ability to interpret and apply it to practical business situations;
- Understanding of regulatory environment relevant to international business (data protection, corporate compliance);
- Ability to assess legal risks and provide clear, business-oriented recommendations;
- Fluent Russian (working language across several markets) and good professional English (B1+);
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters in parallel;
- Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to work independently.
