About you and us:

We aren’t just looking for a writer; we need an idea generator who knows how to capture and harness user attention, turning it into engagement and sales. If your copy makes people stop mid-scroll and your slogans "stick" for the long haul - there is a place for you on our team.

Your responsibilities:

  • High-converting ad creatives: You won’t just write copy; you will collaborate with designers and PPC specialists to build advertising concepts. You’ll hunt for unique angles to present products so they cut through the noise and deliver top-tier results.
  • Campaign concepts: You will be a vital part of the creative brainstorm. Together with the team, you’ll generate ideas that form the backbone of our campaigns. Your task: create slogans and messages that everyone notices and remembers.
  • Social media content: You’ll craft "stop-scroller" headlines and engaging copy that doesn’t just collect likes but actually grows the brand community.
  • Email marketing: You’ll write newsletters that people genuinely want to open and read to the very end.

Prepare for these tasks:

  • Concept development: Creating innovative, data-driven creative concepts for digital ad campaigns, ensuring they align with e-commerce goals.
  • Briefing: Preparing briefs for designers to ensure your ideas are accurately visualized and effectively communicate core messages to the target audience.
  • Data analysis: Making decisions based on ad testing results and competitor analysis.
  • Continuous trend spotting: Keeping a pulse on the latest market trends and hunting for fresh ideas.

We expect You to:

  • Be able to capture a brand's Tone of Voice in a heartbeat.
  • Know how to say shortly and sharply what takes others a whole paragraph.
  • Be a creative strategist—you care not just about the "nice sound," but about how your creativity converts.
  • Be proactive, curious, and unafraid to experiment with new formats.
  • Be able to work full-time at our office.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
