Creative Copywriter

We are looking for a strong Creative Copywriter / Creative Strategist to join CTRL Pictures and help strengthen the creative and strategic side of our international content, social media, and campaign work.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• developing creative ideas and campaign directions together with the team
  
• writing strong copy for social media posts, ads, presentations, creative decks, and brand communication
  
• writing newsletters, hooks, short scripts, concept texts, and campaign messaging
  
• helping shape and articulate ideas more clearly and persuasively for clients
  
• contributing creatively to the development of social-first formats and concepts
  
• collaborating with the creative, production, and social media team on international projects
  

This is not a pure execution role. We are looking for someone who can both write well and think creatively and strategically.

Important: our main working language is English, and the copywriting in this role will be primarily in English, so strong written English is essential.

• Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills
  
• Ability to write clearly, persuasively, and in different tones depending on the brand
  
• Experience writing for social media, advertising, presentations, campaigns, or brand communication
  
• Ability to contribute ideas, not just execute tasks
  
• Strong understanding of social media, advertising, and modern communication
  
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and stay organized
  
• Strong interest in creativity, visual culture, branding, advertising, and content marketing

• Lithuanian is not required if your English is very strong
