CREW ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST WILL:
- Administer crew employment contracts, coordinate contractual amendments, and ensure all changes are processed in a timely manner with appropriate communication and alignment across all relevant stakeholders;
- Prepare and administer payroll-related data, including bonuses, allowances, and agreed deductions, ensuring the accuracy of all information before it is submitted to the Payroll team;
- Maintain and update crew data within the DokData system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates;
- Test new workflows, process improvements, and system functionalities, and support their implementation.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE:
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- A Bachelor’s degree;
- 2+ years of payroll administration experience, including payroll data preparation, payroll review, and payroll corrections/adjustments;
- Experience in contract administration and employee lifecycle processes;
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
- Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.
