We are looking for someone who can help us better understand BC Vilniaus "Rytas" fans, create a more meaningful connection with them, and use data to make every contact with the club even more valuable.
The CRM and Fan Platforms Manager will connect technology, data, and fan experience into one functioning ecosystem - from the first ticket purchase to long-term membership and loyalty.

What are you going to do?
- Develop the club's CRM and fan data ecosystem - oversee data quality, segmentation, analysis and use for commercial decisions.
- Manage and optimize the ticket and season ticket sales platform - improve sales processes, analyze results and look for opportunities to grow revenue.
- Create the fan journey and strengthen loyalty - develop personalized communications, automations and initiatives that increase fan engagement and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop the club's digital ecosystem - coordinate CRM integrations, platform development and collaborate with marketing, commerce and IT teams.
We expect from you:
- Experience in CRM, customer data, loyalty, e-commerce or digital platform development.
- You love analyzing data and understand that behind every number is a person and their experience.
- You are able to see not only the system, but also the entire fan experience.
- You are able to connect different teams and turn ideas into real solutions.
- Independence, initiative and result-oriented.
