Nature of work
TOPO Centras is a well-known electronics and home appliances retail chain in Lithuania. We are strengthening customer communication and loyalty program. We are looking for someone to join the team who will take over Klaviyo and Topo Klub communication and develop it as a sustainable growth tool.
The goal is to increase repeat purchases, customer lifetime value (LTV) and loyalty through data, segmentation and automation.

Primary responsibilities
- You will develop a CRM strategy throughout the entire customer life cycle: welcome, onboarding, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment;
- You will segment the base by behavior, purchase history, interests;
- You will expand Topo Klubos communication: create membership value for the customer;
- You will create and maintain Klaviyo automations and campaigns;
- You will analyze retention, repeat purchase rate, CTR, conversion, LTV;
- You will conduct A/B tests and make decisions based on data;
- Each campaign must have a clear goal and measurement.
What are we hoping for
- Practical Klaviyo experience is a must-have;
- CRM thinking: you understand what segmentation, customer journey, retention, LTV are and you know how to turn them into solutions;
- Comfort with numbers: you look at graphs and see solutions and opportunities;
- A sense of the Lithuanian language – you write clearly, humanly;
- Independence – you have your own field and develop it with responsibility and curiosity to improve.
