We need
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing sports betting and gaming company in the international market. The company is currently looking for a CRM Campaign Specialist.
If you have attention to detail, are good at working with data and technology, and want to create customer engagement and retention campaigns, this position is for you.

Nature of work
- Plan, create and implement CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.);
- Create personalized CRM campaigns, analyze customer data and optimize results;
- Manage the customer lifecycle — from greeting to return — ensuring that customers remain engaged;
- Segment audiences and personalize communications, perform A/B testing;
- Collaborate with design, product and marketing teams on campaign content;
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities;
- Ensure that all CRM communications meet brand tone and legal requirements.
What do we expect from you:
- Data-driven thinking and strong analytical skills;
- Experience in CRM or digital marketing;
- Experience working with data and systems;
- Understanding of segmentation and personalization, ability to adapt journeys based on customer behavior would be an advantage;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel);
- Knowledge of English (additional languages are an advantage).
