CRM Communication Manager in Kaunas

• You will prepare and implement segmented CRM communication via SMS, email and other channels;
• You will monitor candidate and project staff segments, lists and statuses in the CRM system;
• You will prepare short, clear and audience-specific messages and newsletters;
• You will record responses, reactions and relevant information in the CRM system;
• You will monitor communication indicators and provide insights on how to improve content, segmentation and processes.

We are looking for someone who can help us create more accurate, clearer and results-based CRM communication with candidates and project staff. In this position, you will work with SMS, email and other CRM channels, manage audience segments, monitor communication results and contribute to ensuring that our messages reach the right people at the right time.

• You communicate well in written Lithuanian;
• You are able to work with data, lists, segments and larger amounts of information;
• You are meticulous, responsible, structured and able to manage repetitive tasks;
• You think analytically and are interested in how communication results can be improved;
• You have experience in the field of communication, administration or operational work.
• Advantage: experience with CRM, e-mail or SMS communication tools, newsletter preparation, audience segmentation or communication results analysis.

• monthly salary (gross) from 2000 - 3000 Eur/month. The indicated salary consists of a fixed part and up to 650 Eur (gross) variable part, depending on the work results.
