CRM Communication Manager in Šiauliai

• Create, prepare and execute segmented CRM communication via SMS, email and other channels;
• Monitor candidate and project staff segments, lists, statuses and data quality;
• Prepare short, clear, audience-tailored messages, informational messages and newsletters;
• Administer communication at different stages of the employee or candidate journey;
• Record reactions, responses and relevant information in the CRM system and transfer it to the selection teams;
• Monitor campaign indicators – delivery, opens, clicks, responses and other KPIs;
• Provide insights on how to improve message content, segments, contact quality and communication processes.

In this role, you will work with SMS, email emails and other CRM channels, audience segments, candidate and employee journey stages, and communication outcomes. Your goal will be not only to send the message, but also to understand whether it reached the right person, whether it was relevant, and what we can improve next time.

• You are fluent in Lithuanian;
• You are able to analyze data, work with lists, audience segments and large amounts of information;
• You are meticulous, responsible, organized and attentive to details;
• You think analytically, are interested in communication results and strive to understand what works best;
• You have experience in the field of communication, administration or operational work;
• You quickly understand new systems and easily cooperate with different teams.
• It is a great advantage if you have experience with: CRM systems, email or SMS communication tools, newsletters, audience segmentation, communication KPI analysis or basic GDPR principles.
