In this role, you will be responsible for the quality and integration of the customer database, loyalty program development, automated communication, and understanding the customer journey from first contact to return visit – both in sanatorium treatment and medical rehabilitation services.
- Hybrid work model.
🌲What will you do in the team?
- Manage customer database, ensure data quality, integration and development of Single Customer View;
- Perform data cleansing, deduplication, take care of the implementation of GDPR and data security requirements;
- Create and maintain customer segments, perform customer behavior analysis, CLV and churn forecasting;
- Provide insights for marketing campaigns, personalized offers and product recommendations;
- Create and develop loyalty program: points system, VIP levels, partner offers and campaigns;
- Evaluate loyalty program results and its impact on business indicators;
- Oversee automated email and SMS communication scripts at different stages of the customer journey;
- Analyze customer journey, manage customer flows and consent administration.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Higher education in marketing, management, data analytics, business administration or related field;
- Experience in CRM, loyalty program management, customer data analysis or similar field;
- Practical experience working with CRM systems and data analysis and BI tools;
- Ability to work with large amounts of data, segment customers and turn data into business insights;
- Experience in creating, developing or administering loyalty programs;
- Knowledge of GDPR requirements;
- Ability to coordinate projects and collaborate with IT, finance, sales and marketing teams;
- Analytical thinking, diligence and result orientation;
- Good Lithuanian language, communication and project management skills;
- Independence, initiative and ability to effectively plan one's work.
