GET READY TO:
- Take ownership and lead CRO related activities, build processes and infrastructure, develop and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and conversion paths across web and mobile
- Ensure efficient A/B testing roadmap
- Use analytics tools to identify friction points and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems, suggest solutions and new features
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- 1+ years experience in CRO field and a proven track record of improving key metrics
- strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and A/B testing platforms
- Understanding of UX, UI, and customer psychology
- good English and Lithuanian skills, both written and verbal
- experience optimizing e-commerce funnels
- data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
