About job:
CRUSTUM team on RINKTINĖS street is looking for reinforcements!
Coffee and pastries are your thing, and in the team you naturally become the one who coordinates everything? It's time for the next step.
What will you need to do?
In short: The bakery will be your responsibility: you will make daily decisions on the spot, and coordinate larger ones with the department manager. You will train newcomers, support the team and make sure that customers are noticed and the team is united.
Full-time job only.

What will you need to do?
- Work behind the bar 4 days a week. In the morning shift, you will open the bakery, bake, fill the display cases, make coffee, take care of order, communicate with the team.
- 1 day a week - documents, orders, 1:1 conversations with the team, stock review and maintenance. You will make sure that everything runs like clockwork.
- You will train newcomers and be the person the team turns to first.

Full-time job only.
