GET READY TO:
- Be responsible for a defined group of customers
- Communicate with customers (solving issues, responding to requests, requesting documents)
- Communicate with 3rd parties if needed (partners, etc.)
- Handle incoming e-mails, calls (directed to the Customer Support team address)
- Manage ticketing system
- Entry data to internal systems
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
- Excellent Lithuanian and English and Polish languages skills
- Higher education
- Experience in a similar role
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
