What you will be doing:
- Act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience
- Manage and coordinate customer requests from start to finish in close collaboration with internal teams
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions
- Provide timely updates and clear communication regarding order and shipment status
- Handle challenges with confidence, ensuring quick and effective resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and service quality
What we are looking for:
- Experience in customer service and/or logistics (would be an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
- Strong client-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive and positive approach
