ABOUT THE COMPANY:

World-leading international FMCH company is seeking for a highly motivated, organized and experienced Customer Marketing Specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of customer marketing strategy for our portfolio of multinational brands in Baltic markets. The successful candidate will be a key support to Customer Marketing Manager and work closely with local and regional functions to contribute to the integrated communication and commercial plans for the brands, driving growth and market penetration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development, adaption and approval of different types of point of sales materials and in-store visibility solutions both for Pharma & Mass Market channels in line with brand guidelines for both OTC and OHC categories
  • Order and production of POS materials in a timely manner, to be delivered on time for the campaigns
  • Efficient communication with agencies
  • Alignment and communication with respective local stakeholders eg. brand managers, regulatory team
  • Preparing and communicating retailer leaflet features and image pages
  • Supporting Customer Marketing Manager in category management and other trade marketing related projects
  • Trade budget control: planning and efficient allocation of available resources
  • Maintaining accurate records of POS material inventory, orders and campaign assets

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a matrix organization, managing and influencing key strategic partners, including Brand Managers, Sales teams, Area teams and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer marketing, shopper marketing, trade marketing, is an advantage.
