We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Customer Service & Operations Manager to take ownership of our customer experience across 5+ markets. This is a unique role for someone who enjoys building and improving systems – you'll have the autonomy to shape how we deliver customer support, implement modern tools, and drive efficiency across our operations.

We're looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Customer Service & Operations Manager to take ownership of our customer experience across 5+ markets. This is a unique role for someone who enjoys building and improving systems – you'll have the autonomy to shape how we deliver customer support, implement modern tools, and drive efficiency across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the customer experience across all 5+ markets (LT, LV, EE, PL, FI + e-commerce) – hands-on initially, with opportunity to build processes and scale
- Drive operational excellence – identify pain points, streamline workflows, and implement improvements
- Champion modern solutions – evaluate and implement customer service tools, automation, and AI-assisted technologies to enhance efficiency and response quality
- Manage partner transitions – work with existing service partners while strategically building in-house capabilities
- Monitor & improve satisfaction – track KPIs across all channels (email, phone, social media, live chat), analyze feedback, act on insights
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment – collaborate with warehouse and courier partners to resolve issues quickly
- Optimize returns process – make it seamless for customers and efficient for operations
- Maintain self-service resources – keep FAQs, help content, and support guidelines current and useful
Who You Are:
- Hands-on problem solver – you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and handle customer issues directly
- Tech-curious & innovative – excited about using AI tools, automation, and modern platforms to work smarter
- Multi-market mindset – comfortable working across different countries and adapting to local needs
- Strong communicator – fluent in Lithuanian and English; additional languages (Latvian, Estonian, Polish) are a strong plus
- Analytically minded – you use data to identify problems and measure improvements
- Experience in customer support or operations, ideally in e-commerce or retail (3+ years preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Rivile or similar) and e-commerce platforms is a plus
