We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our Kaunas-based office and work closely with our valued retail customers across the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Germany and elsewhere.

We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our Kaunas-based office and work closely with our valued retail customers across the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Germany and elsewhere.
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as the primary contact for retail customers in the UK, Ireland, and Sweden, answering questions about orders, delivery times, product specifications, and related topics.
- Manage day-to-day tasks related to product deliveries in the UK and Ireland.
- Assisting in organizing spare parts, replacements, and addressing service-related requests.
- Collaborate closely with the production team located next to the office to stay updated on order progress and customer-specific needs.
- Manage multiple customer queries simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
💼 What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent English skills – both written and spoken (most of the work will be in English).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’ll be the bridge between our customers and the company.
- Customer service experience is essential – you know how to keep customers happy and find solutions.
- Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented mindset – comfortable working closely with colleagues, but also confident working independently.
- Strong PC literacy - confidence using MS Excel and other software tools.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude – we love someone who can take initiative!
⏰ Working Hours:
- Ideally, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or, if possible, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM to align with UK and ROI customers.
