Your responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in writing on a daily basis.
- Help resolve different situations related to car rental.
- Consult customers and partners and provide suitable solutions.
- Cooperate with sales, customer service, and other internal teams.
- Complete assigned tasks on time and contribute to team goals.
We expect you to have
- Experience in customer service and administrative work.
- Experience in car rental, tourism, or another service sector would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
- Motivation to learn and grow.
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
- Category B driving licence.
