Customer Success Manager B2B IT

ABOUT IT PRODUCT:
Business management system designed for logistics accounting and management - for carriers, forwarders and manufacturing companies.
The system is used by more than 700 companies - we hold the largest market share in the Baltic States.
The product is well-regarded and competitive ~80% of customers come through recommendations.
We want to expand our activities in LT and EU countries faster and invite an organized, proactive and with strong analytical skills Customer Success Manager to join the team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• You will contact existing InfoTrans customers in Lithuania and European countries: You will organize presentations of new features (online or live)
• Implementation progress monitoring - control of employees responsible for the implementation and constant contact with customers
• Preparation of presentation materials

We are also looking for employees in other areas: marketing, project management, programming.

We expect you to:

• Have analytical thinking;
• Have good communication and collaboration skills;
• Understand the importance of deadlines and be able to meet them;
• Have worked in the field of logistics;
• Have programmed or created tasks for programmers;

3000-4000 €/mon. gross
+ Competitive bonuses.
