Responsibilities
- Processing incoming customer requests by phone: clarifying order details, confirming information, and scheduling service appointments;
- Effective time management and task assignment;
- Maintaining long-term customer relationships and providing information about the company's products and services.
Requirements
- English — confident conversational level (B2 and above);
- Fluent in Russian;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to establish rapport and handle objections;
- Results-oriented and eager to develop;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Own equipment for remote work.

- Flexible schedule options: 2/2 or 5/2, working hours: 3:00 PM–1:00 AM, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM, 6:00 PM–4:00 AM, and 8:00 PM–6:00 AM (Kyiv time zone), depending on staffing;
