We’re growing and looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality support, creating seamless customer experiences, and resolving user inquiries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Sounds like you? • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience;
  
• Delivering high-quality support via live chat and email with a customer-first approach;
  
• Collaborating with team members to resolve user queries efficiently and continuously improve support processes;
  
• Monitoring platform activity to ensure security and proactively identify potential issues.
  

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
  
• Availability to work mixed shifts on weekdays and weekends, including 18:00–02:00 and 00:00–08:00 shifts;
  
• High attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure;
  
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
  
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences;
  
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment;
  
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes and contribute ideas;
  
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage.

👉 GROSS SALARY

Compensation for this position is €8.30/hour (gross) during daytime hours and €12.45/hour (gross) for night shifts.
