- You would be a member of a dynamic team, taking care of our customers inquiries.
- During your workday, you would communicate quickly and professionally with our customers in the Netherlands via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- You would also collaborate with internal departments to find the best solutions together.
- You would work with a system that stores customer data records and manage related information.
- We will teach you everything you need to know to succeed in the role :)

- Communication is one of your strengths, and you can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and English.
- You prefer solving problems efficiently and continuously improving your understanding of processes.
