We are looking for a resilient and adaptable Customer Support Specialist to help us deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your primary focus will be resolving escalated email tickets - stepping in to navigate non-standard situations and ensuring a smooth, timely resolution for our users.

We are looking for a resilient and adaptable Customer Support Specialist to help us deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your primary focus will be resolving escalated email tickets - stepping in to navigate non-standard situations and ensuring a smooth, timely resolution for our users.
What You'll do:
- Process Escalations: Handle non-standard customer tickets via email by strictly following our established guidelines and processes.
- Report Issues: Identify problems that need further investigation and report them to the right internal teams (e.g., tech or product teams).
- Navigate Variety: Switch contexts between different products throughout the day, applying the correct solutions for each.
- Manage Situations: Take ownership of the tickets assigned to you, and proactively ask for help or clarification when you hit a roadblock.
What we are looking for:
- Mindset Over Experience: You might have some basic customer-facing experience (which is a great plus!), but what matters most is your willingness to learn and grow.
- Extreme Flexibility: You are highly adaptable. Jumping between different products and situations doesn't scare you - it keeps you engaged.
- Resilience: You don't easily get overwhelmed by new information or changing daily tasks.
- Growth Mindset: You view feedback as a valuable tool for learning. You are open-minded, receptive to advice, and always looking for ways to improve your skills.
- Proactive Communicator: You are not afraid to raise your hand and ask the right questions when something is unclear.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (excellent written communication skills are a must, as this is an email-based role).
