Nature of work
Furnitanas is expanding international D2C projects in the premium interior and design products segment.
We are looking for someone who not only “does marketing”, but understands the entire D2C business: from product, positioning and Shopify to advertising, conversion, CAC, ROAS, margin and growth.
The first specific project is the D2C development of premium furniture handles in the UK and Lithuania, later expanding to other European markets and the USA.

The first specific project is the D2C development of premium furniture handles in the UK and Lithuania, later expanding to other European markets and the USA.
- You will develop and grow international D2C / e-commerce projects.
- You will work with Shopify stores.
- You will plan and manage customer acquisition through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- I will analyze CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, margin and other key e-commerce KPIs.
- I will optimize the purchase funnel and CRO.
- I will test offers, landing pages, advertising creative and different audiences.
- I will look for new growth channels and markets.
- You will work together with design, content, IT, logistics and product teams.
- You will form growth hypotheses, test them and make decisions based on data.
- You will contribute to the launch of new D2C projects from scratch.
What we expect from you
- Real D2C / e-commerce growth experience.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with CRO and funnel optimization.
- Understanding of creative testing.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to work with CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV and margin indicators.
- Experience in international markets - especially UK, EU or US would be a great advantage.
- Very good English.
- Independence and ability to test and make decisions quickly.
