Nature of work
- Provide support and consultation to internal users when working with the D365FO system;
- Analyze business needs and propose solutions (gap/fit analysis);
- Prepare functional/technical specifications and test scenarios;
- Configure, test (SIT/UAT) and monitor system functionality;
- Coordinate the implementation of changes and collaborate with teams and partners;
- Monitor integrations and document processes;
- Train users and contribute to system improvement.
Requirements
- Higher university education in computer science or exact sciences;
- At least 3 years of work experience in IT and experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / AX;
- Experience in business process analysis, ERP system configuration and functional specification development;
- Knowledge of D365FO functionalities (in finance, procurement, supply chain or warehouse areas);
- Understanding of ERP integration principles (API, data exchange);
- Experience in process analysis, documentation and ability to transform them into systemic solutions;
- Good communication skills;
- Independence and responsibility;
- Excellent Lithuanian and good English skills.
