REQUIREMENTS FOR A FUTURE GROUP LEADER:
✅ At least 3 years of experience in logistics and LTL planning;
✅ Successful experience in team management or process leadership;
✅ Structured thinking, strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail;
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
✅ High sense of responsibility and motivation;
✅ Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (verbal and written) - a must; knowledge of Polish - an advantage;
✅ High motivation and personal responsibility for own and team results.
