Your main tasks:
- Responsibility for the sales and profit results of stores in the assigned region;
- Implementation of goals set in regional store budgets;
- Control of personnel, marketing and other expenses;
- Constant visiting of stores, providing insights, visual supervision of sales halls;
- Setting, planning and implementation control of commercial goals for stores;
- Effective team formation and management;
- Reasoned formulation of tasks for your team;
- Presentation and implementation of the company's strategic goals in its region;

- Has experience in retail trade in the field of fashion (experience in footwear trade is an advantage);
- Has strong leadership and team management skills;

- You are able to effectively plan your agenda and have strong time management skills;
- Has a driver's license;
- Has excellent computer skills (especially MS Excel).
