Nature of work
We invite employees of various profiles to join us:
Operators – assemblers (morning and afternoon shifts);
Assemblers (morning and afternoon shifts);
Operators – preparers (morning and afternoon shifts, shift work 2/2/4).
Experience in similar work would be an advantage, without experience - we will train. Good vision is required (you can also work with corrective glasses).
Selections are held every working day at 9:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. or at a time convenient for you. We will wait for you when you arrive!

- Assembly of automotive braids according to technological documentation at the assembly line.
- Product quality assurance.

Work schedule
Choose the most suitable work schedule for you:
Convenient transportation: city buses take you to/from work: No. 6, 6A, 12, N2, free company bus.
A free company bus runs from the Rožynas microdistrict (Rožių g., and A. Baranausko g.) and Varpo g., Liepų al., Nevėžio g., Teatro g., Gražinos g., Kosmonautų g., and Vakarinė g.
Employees whose place of residence is more than 25 km away from their workplace in one direction are eligible for partial fuel compensation. Company transport is also organized from Radviliškis, ensuring a comfortable arrival to work and return home.
- Morning/afternoon shifts, weekends off (morning shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., afternoon shift from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.).
- Work on a cumulative (rolling) work schedule (2 daytime shifts of 12 hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., 2 night shifts of 12 hours from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and 4 days off).
