Work for a claims adjuster/manager

We are expanding our team and are looking for a claims administrator/service customer manager.
We specialize in car body repair. We are certified as a Tesla Approved Body Shop, so a significant part of our work consists of Tesla cars.
We are looking for someone who would be responsible for administering insurance claims, preparing estimates and coordinating them with insurance companies and customers.

Professional consultation of service customers;
Car inspection, damage assessment, photography and documentation;
Secondary contact with the customer after the initial registration;
Coordination of the date and time of car acceptance for repair with the customer;
Acceptance and return of customer cars;
Administration of insurance claims for Tesla and other brands of cars;
Carrying out car inspections for insurance companies and providing the necessary information;
Preparation of estimates using the Audatex program;
Coordination of the scope and estimates of repair work with insurance companies and customers;
Recording additional damage after dismantling the car, their administration and supplementing estimates;
Control of the repair progress, performed work and necessary photo fixation;
Formation of tasks, creation of work cards and tracking their execution in the system;
Administration of customer and car cards;
Control of car defects and repair documentation;
Control of parts purchase prices. No need to search for and buy parts - another employee takes care of that;
Invoicing, preparation of reconciliation acts, requests and other documents related to damage administration;

Work experience with the Audatex program;
Knowledge of car structure and body repair processes;
Good computer skills;
Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language and clerical skills;
Ability to communicate professionally with clients and insurance company representatives;
Responsibility, diligence and the ability to independently organize one's work;
Category B driver's license.

Experience as a claims administrator or transport claims expert in an insurance company;
Experience in the field of car body repair;
Experience in administering CASCO and TPVCA claims;
Experience in coordinating repair estimates with insurance companies;
Education in car repair or another technical field;

Work in the "Milauta - Tesla Approved Body Shop" team;
Work with both Tesla and other manufacturers' cars;

2200-3000 €/mon. gross
The final salary for this position will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies, and ability to independently administer claims and coordinate repair estimates.
