Your responsibilities will be:
- Lead the work group team, develop its competencies and ensure effective daily work;
- Form team work priorities, distribute tasks and ensure the implementation of operational goals;
- Ensure high quality of the candidate recruitment process and team performance results;
- Analyze performance indicators, make data-based decisions and initiate process improvement;
- Develop team members, strengthen their competencies and create a motivating work environment;
- Cooperate with other departments to achieve effective work organization and a smooth recruitment process.

We hope you:
- Have a university or higher education (education in management, human resources, business administration, psychology or other related field is an advantage);
- Have experience in personnel selection, recruitment or personnel management;
- Have team management or clearly proven leadership experience;
- Are able to plan, organize and manage work processes and ensure the achievement of performance results;
- Are characterized by analytical thinking and are able to make data-based decisions;
- Have strong communication, collaboration and negotiation skills;
- Are focused on results, continuous improvement and change management;
- Communicate fluently in English;
- Have good computer skills (MS Office, Excel is an advantage).
