What will you do with us?

  • You will perform working time measurements and analyze the efficiency of production processes.
  • You will set and monitor product working time standards.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement more efficient work methods.
  • I participated in production line balancing, Lean and Kaizen initiatives.
  • I collaborated with production, quality and engineering teams to solve process challenges.
  • I will analyze ergonomic solutions and contribute to workplace improvement.
  • I will provide suggestions in the areas of labor productivity, quality and cost optimization.
  • I participated in the implementation and support of new projects and systems.

What do we expect from you?

  • Higher or higher technical/engineering education or similar work experience.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, such as ISO or IATF.
  • Methodological knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S and 6 Sigma.
  • Knowledge of production processes (advantage).
  • English (for communication with colleagues).
