What will you do with us?
- You will perform working time measurements and analyze the efficiency of production processes.
- You will set and monitor product working time standards.
- You will identify process improvement opportunities and implement more efficient working methods.
- You will participate in production line balancing, Lean and Kaizen initiatives.
- You will collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams in solving process challenges.
- You will analyze ergonomic solutions and contribute to workplace improvement.
- You will provide suggestions in the areas of labor productivity, quality and cost optimization.
- You will participate in the implementation and support of new projects and systems.
We are looking for an analytical and proactive person to join our engineering team. What do we expect from you?
- Higher or higher technical/engineering education or similar work experience.
- Knowledge of quality standards, such as ISO or IATF.
- Lean, Kaizen, 5S and 6 Sigma methodological knowledge.
- Knowledge of production processes (advantage).
- English (for communication with colleagues).
