Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Labor Relations Partner to join the Artea Bank team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will independently manage the labor relations and personnel administration processes entrusted to you – you will assess their performance, identify improvement opportunities, propose and implement solutions that ensure consistent, effective and legal practices.
- You will prepare and administer employee employment documents throughout the entire employment cycle – from the conclusion of an employment contract and the employee’s introduction into the organization to the change of working conditions and the termination of employment. You will prepare proposals, orders, certificates and other necessary documents, ensure their compliance with legal acts, data accuracy and timely formalization.
- You will consult employees and managers on employment relations and labor law issues – you will independently assess more complex situations, their circumstances and risks, propose reasonable solutions that comply with legal acts and ensure the implementation of agreed actions. Your daily work will include situations of concluding employment relations, changing working conditions, violations of work duties, organizational changes and termination of employment relations.
- You will analyze data from personnel processes and systems – you will assess the operation of processes, risks and improvement opportunities, propose automation and data quality improvement solutions, implement them and evaluate the achieved result.
- Implement solutions for improving personnel systems – identify process needs, make suggestions, implement necessary changes, resolve system usage issues and ensure data integrity and quality.
- Assess compliance of labor relations and personnel processes with legal acts and internal requirements of the organization, identify legal and procedural risks, in cooperation with the Legal Department, propose necessary solutions, implement them and ensure the functioning of control measures.
- Monitor changes in labor law, assess their impact on labor relations and personnel processes, make suggestions for necessary actions and implement agreed changes.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Significant professional experience in the areas of personnel administration processes and the ability to independently manage the area of responsibility entrusted to you.
- Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other related legal acts, as well as a good understanding of the entire cycle of employee employment relations - from the beginning of the employment relationship to its end.
- Experience in managing complex employment relations situations - the ability to assess circumstances, risks, possible actions, prepare necessary documents and ensure smooth implementation of decisions.
- Experience in working with large flows of personnel data, documents and requests, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, security and timely execution of processes.
- Independence and responsibility - the ability to make decisions within the limits of one's responsibility, prioritize work, act in uncertain situations, implement agreed decisions and take responsibility for the result.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to see opportunities to improve processes - not only to notice problems, but also to understand their causes, propose solutions and independently implement them.
- The ability to see the broader context – to understand how decisions affect employees, managers, processes, systems and the organization, and to take this into account when making suggestions and implementing solutions.
