Job description
- Accounting for wages and employment-related benefits;
- Calculation of taxes and submission of reports to relevant authorities;
- Verification of working hours, work schedules, wage calculations and other wage-related data and identification and correction of discrepancies;
- Timely initiation and execution of wage calculation and payment processes, ensuring that all procedures comply with applicable legislation and established rules;
- Consulting colleagues on various wage-related issues;
- Preparation of wage, tax, deductions, vacation, sick leave and non-taxable benefits summaries for reporting;
- Providing assistance during audits and cooperation with external auditors.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional work experience in the field of accounting;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
- Loyalty and ability to work in a team;
- Quick orientation, responsibility and diligence;
- Willingness to learn and develop;
- Good skills in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
- Experience working with Business Central / Navision would be considered an advantage.
