Our client is an international banking technology company that develops software, ATM infrastructure, self-service and payment technology solutions for banks, financial institutions and retail chains worldwide. The company's solutions are used in dozens of countries and help ensure the most important banking operations, self-service device management, transaction monitoring, security and retail automation processes.
As the company expands its international operations, an experienced Payroll Accountant is invited to join the finance team in Vilnius.

The company's solutions are used in dozens of countries and help ensure the most important banking operations, self-service device management, transaction monitoring, security and retail automation processes.
As the company expands its international operations, an experienced Payroll Accountant is invited to join the finance team in Vilnius.
Main responsibilities:
- carry out the entire payroll accounting process for employees;
- calculate wages, taxes, social insurance contributions, bonuses and other payroll-related payments;
- prepare and submit payroll declarations, tax reports and other mandatory documents to Lithuanian institutions;
- administer and control the summary accounting of working hours and payroll-related documents;
- check, reconcile and consolidate accounting data received from related companies and internal departments;
- perform account reconciliations, debt control, prepare offsets and perform other payroll-related financial checks;
- prepare internal financial reports, reconciliations and documentation required for audit;
- ensure compliance of payroll accounting with Lithuanian tax and accounting requirements;
- contribute to the improvement of financial processes and increasing their efficiency.
We hope you:
- you have a higher education in accounting, finance, economics or a related field;
- you have at least 5 years of work experience in the field of accounting and strong practical experience in payroll accounting;
- you are well versed in payroll taxation, declaration, account reconciliation and related legal requirements;
- you have work experience with the "Rivile" and "Vikarina" accounting systems;
- you know Russian at a working level;
- you are meticulous, analytical and able to work independently;
- you are able to plan work, meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in a dynamic work environment.
We will consider experience working in a larger company or group of companies as an advantage.
