Payroll Accounting Manager

The Payroll Manager in our restaurant chain is responsible for the accurate and timely calculation and accounting of employees' wages and other employment-related benefits, with the assistance of the Chief Accountant. This position ensures that payroll accounting processes are carried out in accordance with internal procedures and established deadlines. The employee in this position also prepares payroll-related reports and consults employees and company departments on issues within their competence. The employee will be provided with comprehensive training from A to Z, introducing all work processes, systems used, company internal procedures and payroll accounting procedures, in order to ensure a smooth introduction to the position and successful adaptation, therefore we also invite candidates from specialists with less payroll accounting experience, but who want to improve in this area.

• Assist the accountant in calculating employees' wages, bonuses, vacation pay, sick pay and other benefits related to employment.
• Verify and process working time accounting and employee attendance data.
• Prepare payroll reports for the company's management.
• Consult employees on payroll, tax and social security issues.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of payroll accounting documents and data.
• Participate in projects to improve and automate payroll accounting processes.
• Cooperate with HR, finance and other departments of the company to ensure a smooth payroll accounting process.
