Main responsibilities:

  • Accounting for wages and other income and deductions related to employment relationships.
  • Filing of wage accounting transactions in the established form, on time and correctly entering them into the accounting program.
  • Accounting for vacation reserve.
  • Calculation and payment of vacation benefits.
  • Accurately and correctly calculate payments related to wages and other benefits paid to the employee to the state budget, social insurance and other funds in accordance with the requirements of applicable legal acts.
  • Perform other functions and tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

For successful work you will need:

  • higher or higher education in the fields of finance, accounting;
  • Experience in calculating wages according to cumulative time accounting.
  • Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the Code of Civil Procedure and ability to apply it in practice.
  • at least 1 year of experience in the field of accounting (advantage);
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian - an advantage.
  • ability to plan, organize work, systematize information.
  • Diligence, independence, attention to detail, responsibility.
