- Calculating wages based on the summary accounting of working hours;
- Administration of executive orders;
- Consulting employees on payroll issues, preparing certificates related to wages;
- Preparing and submitting payroll-related reports and declarations to the State Tax Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution;
- Performing other assigned tasks.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of experience;
- Education in the field of accounting, finance;
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the Accounting Code and the ability to apply it in practice;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel),
- Excellent computer skills;
- Ability to work with the Rivile program; (experience with the Vikarina accounting program is an advantage);
- Ability to manage large information flows and plan work;
- Independence, sense of responsibility and ability to effectively plan time;
