Payroll Accountant | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to supplement and strengthen our growing team, located in Vilnius, Svylos g. 16.

Teltonika's electronics manufacturing departments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

We create all the necessary conditions for each employee to improve their skills, gain detailed knowledge about the products we manufacture, and grow professionally in every way.

In this position, you will:

• You will perform payroll accounting and other related benefits calculation and submission for payment (only a part of the company's employees ~450, distributed by departments).
• You will prepare reports and declarations related to wages, submit them to the State Tax Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution, Statistics Department, heads of departments, and the auditing company.
• You will account for income in kind (gifts, health insurance).
• You will perform accounting for business trip expenses and pay out daily allowances.
• You will supervise the accounting of accountable persons (advance accounting).
• You will provide assistance during the annual audit and inventory.
• You will perform other tasks assigned by the head of the finance department.

What we expect from you:

• Higher or higher education in the field of accounting, finance, economics.
• At least 2-3 years of similar work experience.
• Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania that regulate payroll accounting, knowledge and application of the Law on Corporate Income Tax.
• Knowledge of Lithuanian Financial Reporting Standards (LFAS).
• Good working skills in MS Office.
• Work experience with the accounting program Rivile (would be an advantage).
• English language knowledge at A1 level.
• Openness to change, initiative, ability to work in a team.
• Ability to effectively manage and systematize information and solve emerging issues.

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 17 Eur/hr. to 19 Eur/hr.* (~2856 Eur - 3192 Eur per month) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.
