Primary responsibilities
Payroll accounting (including total working time accounting).
Personnel administration: preparation of employment contracts, administration of documentation on employment, change and termination of employment relationships.
Calculation and declaration of payroll-related taxes (GPM, Sodra).
Preparation and submission of reports to the State Tax Inspectorate, Sodra, Statistics Department, Territorial Health Funds.
Consulting employees on payroll issues, preparation of certificates.
Administration of executive orders and other deductions.
Preparation of internal reports and analytical information for management.
Cooperation with the accounting team and assistance to the chief accountant.

What do we expect from you
Higher education (in accounting, finance or economics).
At least 3 years of experience in payroll accounting.
Knowledge of total working time accounting (a big advantage).
Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania related to payroll and accounting.
Good skills in working with IT systems, accounting and analytical programs.
Diligence, responsibility, analytical thinking.
