JOB TYPE

  • Calculation of wages according to the contractual, unit and hourly wage principles, total accounting of working time.
  • Calculation of wages-related taxes.
  • Preparation of wages-related reports and declarations for internal and external needs.
  • Consulting of company employees on issues related to wages calculation, preparation of necessary certificates.
  • Participation in the implementation of a new wages calculation system - analysis, testing and implementation stages.
  • Participation in the development and improvement of the wages system, procedures and orders.
  • Other tasks assigned by the head of the department.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • Work experience in the field of payroll calculation - in a manufacturing company.
  • Work experience with total accounting of working hours.
  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Responsibility, analytical thinking, ability to work independently.
  • Organization and ability to manage large amounts of information.
