Your responsibilities:
● Accounting in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
● Calculation, declaration and reporting of payroll-related taxes to responsible institutions.
● Calculation and administration of wages, vacation pay, sick pay, overtime, business trips, bonuses, premiums, compensations and other accruals related to employment relations.
● Accounting for executive orders, preparation and submission of reports to the State Data Agency.
● Consulting clients/employees on accounting issues.
● In communication with clients, you will ensure that they receive the highest quality service.
● Participation in the processes of improving, automating and digitizing payroll accounting processes.
● Performing other functions and tasks assigned by the direct manager.

What do we expect from you?
● Diligence, responsibility and ability to work independently and in a team.
● Practical experience in performing large-scale payroll accounting and working with large amounts of data.
● You have obtained a higher education in the field of economics / finance / accounting / bookkeeping.
● You have at least 2 years of work experience working in accounting.
● Knowledge and practical skills in how to manage payroll accounting.
● Good orientation in the labor law, payroll, tax and social insurance regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
● You have very good computer skills (MS Office programs).
● Strong accounting program management skills.
● You speak and write Lithuanian correctly. (we consider knowledge of English and Russian an advantage);
● You are attentive, proactive, independent.
● Ability to manage, accumulate, systematize, summarize information.
● Analytical thinking, organization, responsible approach to work, diligence and passion for learning.
● Practical experience in performing large-scale payroll accounting and working with large amounts of data.
● You have obtained a higher education in the field of economics / finance / accounting / bookkeeping.
