Main purpose of the position
Join the finance team of UAB "Gretvėja" and contribute to the smooth payroll accounting process.
In this position, you will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll calculation, preparation of payroll-related taxes and reports, and employee consulting. You will work in a professional team that values accuracy, responsibility, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities
- Calculate employee wages and related benefits.
- Perform payroll accounting for employees working on business trips abroad.
- Calculate payroll-related taxes.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related declarations and reports to the State Tax Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution and other institutions.
- Prepare salary certificates, executive orders and other related documents.
- Prepare internal payroll reports for management.
- Consult employees on payroll, business trips and other accounting issues.
- Cooperate with the accounting team and other company departments.
- Contribute to the improvement and efficiency of payroll accounting processes.
What do we expect from you?
- Work experience in the field of payroll accounting.
- Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, payroll calculation and tax legislation.
- Experience in calculating wages for employees working according to the summary accounting of working time.
- Experience in the transport sector or in accounting for wages of employees working on business trips.
- Good computer skills.
- Diligence, responsibility, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan work, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Respectful communication with employees, confidentiality and high professional ethics.

- Education in accounting, finance, economics or accounting.
