In this position, you will be responsible for the timely calculation of wages, preparation of related taxes and reports, and consulting employees. We are looking for someone who values accuracy, is able to independently organize their work and wants to contribute to ensuring efficient financial processes.

What are you going to do?
- I will calculate employees' wages and related benefits;
- I will keep payroll records of employees working on business trips abroad;
- I will calculate payroll-related taxes;
- I will prepare and submit payroll declarations and reports to the State Tax Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution and other institutions;
- I will prepare salary certificates, executive orders and other related documents;
- I will prepare internal payroll reports for management;
- I will consult employees on payroll, business trips and other accounting issues;
- I will cooperate with the accounting team and other departments of the company;
- I will contribute to the improvement and efficiency of payroll accounting processes.
What do we expect from you?
- Have an education in accounting, finance, economics or accounting;
- Have work experience in the field of payroll accounting;
- Have a good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, payroll and tax legislation;
- Have experience in calculating wages for employees working according to the summary accounting of working time;
- Experience in the transport sector or in accounting for the wages of employees working on business trips would be a great advantage;
- Have experience working with transport management and accounting programs;
- You are meticulous, responsible, have analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Able to plan work, meet deadlines and work independently;
- You value respectful communication, confidentiality and high professional ethics.
