Nature of work
The transport company LOADEX, which is part of the Hermes Asset Management group of companies, is expanding its fleet of trucks and the scope of its activities, and is inviting a payroll accountant to join the team.
- We are looking for a diligent, responsible and independent team member who would contribute to ensuring smooth payroll and personnel accounting processes in a growing company.
- Calculation of wages, advances, vacation pay and other employment-related benefits;
- Accounting for working time accounting sheets (tables), hours worked, absences and holidays;
- Preparation and submission of reports and notifications to Sodra;
- Monitoring employee vacation balances and other employment-related data;
- Checking, registering and processing primary procurement documents;
- Cooperation with HR and finance teams.
Employee requirements
- Experience in payroll accounting;
- Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and legal acts related to payroll;
- Good computer skills, especially "MS Excel";
- Diligence, responsibility, ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
- Advantage - experience working with the accounting program "Rivile".
