Currently, we are inviting a responsible, meticulous and analytically thinking Payroll Accountant to join the BSW Engineering team, who would be responsible for accurate payroll calculation in Lithuania and cooperation with foreign accounting partners in implementing international projects.
Currently, we are inviting a responsible, meticulous and analytically thinking Payroll Accountant to join the BSW Engineering team, who would be responsible for accurate payroll calculation in Lithuania and cooperation with foreign accounting partners in implementing international projects.
By joining BSW you will have the opportunity to:
- Be the main payroll expert in the organization;
- Fully manage payroll accounting processes for more than 400 employees in Lithuania and abroad;
- Cooperate with foreign accounting partners and international teams;
- Improve payroll accounting processes and implement more efficient solutions;
- Consult colleagues on payroll, tax and labor law issues.
We expect from the Payroll Accountant:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in payroll accounting.
- Experience in calculating wages based on total working time accounting.
- Ability to accurately and independently manage large-scale payroll accounting processes.
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good skills in working with Excel and accounting systems.
- Knowledge of English, allowing for written cooperation with foreign accounting partners.
