Your main responsibilities:
- Calculation of drivers' wages;
- Calculation of daily allowances and business trip allowances;
- Calculation of vacation, compensation and other wage-related benefits;
- Verification of working hours and other data necessary for calculating wages;
- Entering and accounting of wage data in the Rivilė program;
- Cooperation with personnel, documentation and coordination teams, adjusting the information necessary for calculating wages;
- Preparation of wage-related reports and data.
What do we expect from you:
- Practical experience in payroll calculation is required;
- Good knowledge of payroll accounting, daily allowances and business trips;
- Experience working with Rivilė accounting software;
- Ability to work independently and accurately with a large number of employees;
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Ability to meet deadlines and plan your work effectively.
- Knowledge of Russian
Big advantage:
- Experience in payroll calculation in the transport sector;
- Experience in working with driver working hours and tachograph data;
- Knowledge of the specifics of international business trips and driver payroll.
