Nature of work:
We are looking for a Payroll and HR Specialist to join our HR and Finance team. If you are well-versed in payroll accounting, labor law, and like orderly processes, we invite you to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
- Administration of payroll and total working time accounting;
- Administration of fuel accounting;
- Calculation of advances and administration of payments;
- Declaration of payroll-related taxes and submission of reports to state institutions (Sodra, STI, VDI, State Data Agency, etc.);
- Consulting company employees on payroll, GPM, and social insurance issues;
- Administration and maintenance of personnel documentation;
- Implementation of internal procedures and personnel processes;
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
We hope you:
- You have a university or higher education in the field of personnel management, finance, accounting or law;
- You have at least 2 years of experience in payroll accounting;
- You are well versed in the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, principles of payroll calculation and working time accounting;
- You have experience working with cumulative working time accounting;
- You are able to prepare personnel documents (orders, procedures, job regulations, etc.)
- You are responsible, meticulous, proactive and have logical thinking;
- You are able to effectively plan work and work both independently and in a team.
