Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join the People and Culture team in Marijampolė. This position will be part of the global People and Culture team and will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day administration of HR processes, including employee data management, preparation of employment documents, and payroll calculations.

Prepare and administer personnel documents: admission, dismissal, changes to employment contracts, employee requests and other personnel documents.
Ensure the accuracy of employee data in personnel management systems (Vikarina and Oracle).
Administer working time accounting: accounting of absences, overtime, business trips and other working time data.
Prepare and submit reports to Sodra.
Calculate wages, bonuses and allowances for ~290 employees.
Prepare certificates, reports and documents related to wages.
Administer taxes and declarations, cooperate with STI and Sodra.
Prepare personnel, working time and remuneration reports and analyses.
Contribute to audits, remuneration and personnel system improvement projects.
Consult employees and managers on personnel administration, working time and remuneration issues.

Education in finance, accounting or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll accounting and personnel document administration.
Good knowledge of labor law, payroll, tax and social insurance regulations.
Experience working with personnel and payroll systems (Vikarina - a big advantage).
Good skills in working with MS Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of English, both written and spoken - you will need to communicate with colleagues abroad
