Your responsibilities:

- Payroll accounting (total and full-time accounting of working hours),
- Accounting of other work-related benefits (salary supplements for results, business trips, etc.).
- Accounting for gifts to employees and other additional benefits, accounting for executive orders and other deductions.
- Preparing certificates, consulting on payroll issues within the organization.
- Providing regular, standard reports within the company; preparing specific reports - as needed.
- Participation in monthly and annual closing, financial audit processes (providing the necessary data).
- Involvement in payroll accounting system improvement projects.
- Other accounting-related work tasks.
We hope you:
- You have obtained a higher/higher education in the field of accounting.
- You have accumulated at least 1-2 years of similar work experience (if it was an international company - we will consider it an advantage).
- You have practical experience with “Edrana” products "ProfitWeb" or “Alga HR”.
- You are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating payroll accounting, taxes, etc.
- You are familiar with the MS Navision program (an advantage) and are good friends with MS Excel.
- You are distinguished by your ability to cooperate and have the patience to explain the nuances of DU accounting, and you like to work in a team.
- You proactively solve problems and contribute to improving processes.
- You work systematically, are able to plan your working time and set priorities for your activities.
- You do your job thoroughly, because you expect the same from other team members.
- You are interested in innovations in the professional field and are constantly updating your knowledge.
- Can also communicate in English (would be an advantage).
